It's always great to know you a team working hard for you through the home buying process, but also is supportive along the way. Lakeshia made sure I felt supported through the entire process, while even doing after hours work to get me approved and funding for my new home. I am a real estate professional that has been in the business since 2006. Monique and Lakeshia are probably the best I've dealt with in the business. My client was declined for a loan with Regions Bank and Monique and her team were able to not only approve my client for a loan but also close within 14 "CALENDAR" days, not business days, without having to extend the closing date. This team is extremely professional, honest, persistent and very communicative with all parties so that everyone are on the same page, including both agents and the closing attorney. I had another closing with this team and from start to finish, it took 19 "CALENDAR" days to get to clear to close status. This team is exceptional!! 10 star status hands down!!!
