Shannon was extremely patience and did everything he could to take care of us. We would recommend him to anyone looking for financing.
I’ve applied at other mortgage loan companies and they were able to produce a pre approval for me within the same day or next day and they stayed in contact with me. But this “Shannon Swafford Mortgage” place is the exact opposite. I feel very uncomfortable that I gave them all my personal information and provided all the documents that they requested. Now here we are over week later with no communication, no pre approval, nothing. Ridiculous
