Jeff Leek, the branch manager, was helping us to try and get a loan to build a home. He's very slow and unresponsive in email and phone calls. 2 weeks been waiting on feedback on what he has been "working on". He was looking to outsource construction loan. Said it would be really hard. When I called for an update he hadn't contacted anyone. P.S. somehow got on a spam email marketing list from this company as well. Thank you! Hopefully he calls...I might change score...

Darryl was fantastic about keeping in communication with me and my husband, he always answered our calls and questions about our VA loan. He treated us with kindness and respect! Definitely an expert at the Mortgage Process and I would highly recommend!!

I went to multiple places and got turned down , I was referred by a friend to John Travis Clark . He was amazing to work with .
