Joey was incredibly helpful in this process. As a first time home buyer he took the time to explain every step to me, and answer ALL of my questions. I had a lot of questions, but he was able to answer each one in a timely and detailed manner.

Joey and Team was really professional going through the process buying a home. We would absolutly use him again and tell our friends and family about him. He knows what he is doing and has a passion for the industry. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great mortgage company. We had many issues during the process on selling our home, we had one buyer back out due to issues making a bathroom handicap complaint and had to quickly sell our home again, and we had the sell of some land fall through and Joey’s team really worked hard to make our closing a success.

was looking for a house for a couple months, once we gave waterstone the home info, he got me a low interest rate and got the mortgage approved quick and painlessly

Joey and his team were just absolutely amazing! They made the whole process very simple and stress free. They were responsive and explained every step so there was never any confusion. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a lender that treats you like family!
