Currently putting my foot in the door with DON he seems like he knows alot about home financing can't wait to start OWNING
As first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions about the entire process. From the first time we spoke to Austin Conwell, we felt so much peace. He was patient, gracious and incredibly knowledgeable. It was clear that he and the entire Guild Mortgage team cared about us as a family. They made the process so easy and we were shocked at how smooth everything went. We are so thankful to have had Guild Mortgage to guide us on our first homebuying journey!

Don Conwell & his team did an OUTSTANDING job with our transaction. After discovering that the lender we were previously working with had overlooked multiple things and were using shady practices, the Guild team was able to come in and save the day. The thing that blew me away above all else was transparency and top-notch communication. We are so thankful for them!

1st TIME HOME OWNERS***** You have got to give Don Conwell and Michael Gresh a chance to help you get approved for a Mortgage Loan. They've surrounded themselves with a team that goes above and beyond to answer any and every question you can possibly come up with/think about. Seriously Guild Mortgage has got to be one of if not the best people to work with. Straight shooter from begging to end hands down made life easier during those chaotic times.
