Rheannon Jonas was AMAZING!!! We went through quite the journey with our new build, & she was there for us every step of the way. She's friendly, knowledgeable, professional, & definitely exceeded going "above & beyond" in her service. I would highly recommend Citywide Mortgage to anyone I know!
5 STARS!!! From start to finish, Citywide has A1 ratings. Financing was a breeze with Christie Remualdo calling and texting us to make sure we knew what to expect and what to provide to get a fast approval as first-time home buyers. After approval, going through our VA Certification and getting to closing was like easing on down the brick road! Misty Hinchey made sure all of our closing documents were disclosed and answered any questions we had regarding our seller and buyer financial agreements. The portal was user-friendly and a breeze to upload our consent forms and loan verification documents. This company is the BEST. We love our home and appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by Citywide Mortgage in Oklahoma City!
