Was not honest throughout the process, misleading

During the process of selling my home and purchasing a new home I dealt with Tyler VanBeber. My son and I spoke via conference call and explained in detail what my plans were! He recommended doing a 50-50% loan down payment! His words” you don’t want to run out of money finishing the barnaminium! You would hate to get almost there and be out of money! My wife and I decided to follow this advice and we needed up homeless and living in our travel trailer! He knew the place we were buying had to be finished, two days before closing he tells us we can’t close under construction! They pulled our financing, which left us homeless ! I’m a 100% service connected disabled veteran with serious issues. I spoke to for a few days after this and he said he was doing everything he could then he ghosted us! Do not do business with this guy!

Rocco Ward was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He is incredibly detailed, very communicative, and so knowledgeable. Also just a really kind person. Rocco operates with a sense of urgency and graciously walked us through any questions. Recommend him to anyone, best we have ever worked with!

It was our first home-buying experience and Kyron and AMC were both fantastic through the process. We had a lot of questions that Kyron would answer promptly and we felt well taken care of.. Very unprofessional, idk how all of amc conducts its business but Philip marrow was the least helpful and didn’t even have a clue what was going on, and was very sarcastic when I tried to contact him 3 times but then he misses me by one call, no please go somewhere else
