I used Jeff from UHM multiple times now and have nothing but great things to say. They made my last deal happen that a previous company failed to save. If You want someone to fight for your deal, UHM is the way to go.

Jeff was fantastic from the first phone call all the way through the purchase and even long after closing. He made the loan origination a good experience, without a doubt. Jeff also played a big part in helping us with various questions that we had about the local area, as he and our realtor were the only people we knew in the region before moving in. I can not overstate how much I appreciated his quick responses to my phone calls and the time he took to go over our loan options when I came in to talk in his office. I highly recommend Jeff and will use him again if the need arises.

They worked with us pretty well. We had an issue with the recent Federal rates rising where we could no longer afford the FHA203K loan, but they quickly went through paperwork to switch us over to a conventional loan. We had, according to the contract, about 1 week to close at this point. They were able to get us switched, closed, and get the keys to us before the final closing date arrived. With all the stories I've read out there about mortgage companies not making that date and causing people from being able to get the home they wanted. Union Home Mortgage performed quickly, and on time even with many of our complications
Jeff and his team came highly recommended and still exceeded my expectations. Their availability, effective communication, and attention to detail allowed me to purchase a home without even having to meet in person with the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Hi, my name is Liubov and I want to share my own experience with this company. This is our third mortgage, so I understood what to look at and had experience. My main concern is that this company is absolutely non transparent, first red flag was when they called my husband and asked to pay for appraisal and credit check without any written information about additional expenses for interest rate. Tracie told that interest rate will be 4.125 and I told her that we have already had 3.8 and 4 and I will not pay money to lower interest rate as we didn’t do it before and I have good credit score (730+). She never told to my husband that we will pay $1640 at closing to lower our interest rate to 4.125, if she told us about this at the beginning we will never proceed with them as we had approval for 4, no additional payments. But my husband was too nice and didn’t want to change realtor, as our previous mortgage broker was recommended from another realtor we worked with. I found information about fees for interest rate only today 2 hours before closing as they sent wrong file on the day before closing with different names and loan amount, property address, but they asked to transfer money before I got final document(red flag again). Nobody from their company told by phone or wrote information about payment for interest rate. They told us today that they sent disclosure 2 weeks ago, and we signed it. Yes, now we know that we needed to check all numbers, I was out of state and didn’t have time to check by myself. As this company didn’t communicate with clients in a proper way, didn’t explain each line in your disclosure and payments needed as previous mortgage broker did. So if your work with them, just make sure to get written information from them about your interest and all fees before making any payments!
