The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and my deal went through quickly. Nothing but positive things to say about the experience. I would highly recommend them in the future. Banks are for checking account, the mortgage exchange is for mortgages!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! Would not recommend to anyone! From the very beginning we explained that I’m paid by the mile and before I was paid hourly and they said that it won’t be a problem. So we get pre-qualified, find a house, earnest money paid(1500$), inspection done(500),appraisal done(500$) and 3 weeks before closing they tell us that they can no longer use my income and they can’t give us a loan no more. I spoke with 5 different lenders and they all said that Mortgage exchange should have done their actual job and told us in the beginning that we will have a problem, before we went this far. So we lost on the house, our money and our time! On top of that they made the process very stressful and seem to never know what pages and documents they need! 🤬
