Ryan has always been available to me during our transactions. He goes above and beyond always. He gets my deals done so quickly. Before the contract says. He explains things very thoroughly to my clients and always follows up with me. He is patient, detail orientated and always follows up. Ruoff Mortgage is very easy to work with but the hideous amount of spam you will receive in the mail after closing has completely changed my view of this company. They clearly have a disregard for environment. You will get spam disguised as mortgage documents asking you to purchase mortgage insurance for months on end.

Aug 16, 2022Although it may appear as such, this unsolicited mail does not come from Ruoff Mortgage. Once a mortgage is recorded with the county, it becomes a matter of public record. Unaffiliated companies often obtain lists of recently recorded mortgages and send mail to solicit business. If you have any questions or additional feedback, please give us a call.
Cindy was a huge help for a couple of clueless first time home buyers! She made everything really straight forward and was even able to get us a quick close. Don't be a screw-off, go with Ruoff!
