I finally decided to cash out refi after six months of mulling it over. I strongly preferred to stay with my current lender because of convenience, but Oscar and Keyla changed that. They matched my lenders rates and closing costs. BUT Oscar promised to close 3x faster than my previous lender. He kept his promise, and Keyla's communication made the process simple and seamless. I will be back. Thank you for keeping your promise!
