She is fast in response, professional in accord, and friendly in nature and communications. I've always gotten really good rates, and she's been able to custom work my loan to what my current financial needs/situation were at the time each time I've worked with her for financing. All the eSignatures make things super easy and fast for loan application process. Uploading documents was a breeze, and the support team that collected them all certainly reflect the same great qualities as Jennifer. I love the new video system for both loan updates as well as an excellent walkthrough of Closing Documents once it was complete. Paperwork is no longer a nightmare! There are few companies I would support wholeheartedly and without question...this is one of them
