I wasn't sure if I would qualify for the loan. Kyle assured me that he thought I would based off the information I provided. I decided to move forward with the application. I was approved! Kyle and Fairway made the process very simple. He was on top of every question that I had. He answered in a very timely manor. Even in the evening and weekends. He made my 1st home buying experience amazing! Thank you!
Heather Neuner's team is fantastic to work with. It is rare that you come across folks with such great interpersonal and communication skills. It was truly a pleasure to work with them.
I had the best experience with Fairway mortgage. It was so smooth, their app and website is very user friendly and they keep you updated every step of the way. It is exciting to see once something was completed and then it tells you the next thing to look forward to. The whole team was super friendly and I would highly recommend Austin and his team!
You guys just make it so easy and stress free. You are always on top of it and never make us have to check up on things. Communication is amazing!
