Ashley was absolutely amazing. She explained everything thoroughly. She was always there when I had a question (or several questions). She calmed me down when I would start to panic (buying a house is a big deal!). I really appreciate everything she for me.

I highly recommend Colton Zumbrun and staff. I bought my first house and everything was so overwhelming, but they were so patient and kind. They quickly answered my questions and relieved so much stress. They are all so friendly as well. Thanks I will be using KTL for future dealings.

Highly recommended. Made every step of a very complicated process easy. They kept in constant communication and the entire time I was treated like I was family. In an economy that's currently on fire I felt like they got me the best rate possible. There's a reason Performance comes up first when you ask your friends where you should go when you want to buy a house.
