I am very pleased with the service I received from kTL Performance Mortgage. I bought my house back in 2020. I went through them back then and was very happy with the process. In 2021 interest rates dropped to all time lows. They called me about refinancing the home for a lower rate. They did not need to call me but they did. After the refinancing they go my interest dropped from 4.6% to 2.7% saving me over $100.00 a month on my mortgage payment. Thank You Kory and the rest of the team at KTL Performance Mortgage.

Most companies nowadays they do everything by email or text there’s no face-to-face contact or even a phone call with a human behind that phone call. This company called me they made it personable, they were very efficient, they did everything from beginning to end. Very kind people, They understand how stressful this is on you. They make it so easy to buy a home. I would do it all over again with these people they are great.
