I wish I could give KTL 50 stars. I cannot say enough to describe how AMAZING Desteni and her team are. Each member of KTL truly cares for you and is there to support you every step of the way. Desteni blew me away after the first time meeting her. She was patient, understanding, and answered every question I had. I felt as if I had known Desteni personally and worked with her before. I left her office that day knowing, buying my first home, that I truly was in good hands. They are excellent at communication and consistency. It also meant the world to me that Desteni took the time out of her day, and travel a great distance, to be at my closing. If you are considering looking at other options or different mortgage brokers, don’t. KTL will treat you as if they have known you for years. I will 100% be using KTL in my future and will recommend my family and friends.
