Thank you Jim McDonald & TEAM! You made the impossible, possible. We are HOMEOWNERS! Jim and his team worked miracles and we had PLENTY of obstacles in our path to homeownership, but Jim and his team handled every single one & got us to the closing table and keys in hand 🙂 Jim and his team really care for their customers. If you think you cannot ever become a homeowner, talk to JIM! We will be forever grateful for everything he and his team did to make us homeowners. Another lender told us we would have to wait and do XYZ and then MAYBE, but Jim and his team made it happen!
