I truly don’t have a single negative comment about working with Garrett or Fairway! If you want someone who is quick, concise, and will ALWAYS get back to you and keep their word, this is the man to do it. He was knowledgeable and understanding when answering my millions of questions, and always did it with a positive attitude! I would give him 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

I have been on a roller coaster ride with Garrett for well over a year! Trying to find a home to accomidate my elderly/handicap parents and I has been impossible in this crazy market! Yet, everytime I wanted to put in an offer, everytime I needed a new set of numbers calculated, and everytime I needed reassurance that it was a good choice, GARRETT was there!! Not only did he answer every question (no matter how silly) he also was honest with every situation and was more concerned about my future than making the deal!!
