My experience with Direct Mortgage was one of extreme satisfaction. The assistance to close this loan, which was provided by Mary Ledcke, Pam Shosey and Michelle Jacinto, was an experience which should be the norm for all loan applicants. These three individuals went above and beyond their normal duties to assist with getting this loan funded and closed. There were issues related to financial documentation on a previous loan which was never received by myself in almost 2 years. Not having this documentation could have caused this loan to not close. But the ladies above really went to bat to assist with getting this issue resolved by all means necessary. I will forever sing their praises.

I am not sure if race is an issue here; however, I have spoken to two loan servicers on two different occasions (The first was to purchase my current home, and the other to get information regarding obtaining a loan under my LLC.). In both instances, these servicers were rude and unwelcoming. I do not recommend Adam Siegelbaum or Julie Spangler to service your loan.
