He is a bespoke end to end mortgage broker who will drive your deal home and give you full peace of mind along the way topped by exceptional customer service. We had the pleasure of working with Andy on a tight turnaround and he was able to get everything on time and under budget. He found us and locked us into a great rate with no points (they went up afterward), he took care of paperwork all electronically through a quick portal and worked to facilitate any issues quickly. He was even taking calls for the listing agent on the home we made an offer on late into Sunday night (which gave the sellers additional peace of mind to take our offer). He was patient, precise, highly reachable (working on nights and weekends), and very agile. We are going to be using Andy for all our refinancing needs going forward. Oh, and the cherry on top of it all – we got a full credit for the amount of Andy’s fee at closing by the Lender. That said, we would have gladly paid the fee – he was worth it. You will not get this level of service outside of the private banking world.
