I am not a person to take the time to write reviews. However, this one needed to be written. I would HIGHLY recommend Brett to anyone buying a home. I am a first time home buyer and had no clue what I was getting into. I did my research and narrowed it down to 3 different mortgage companies. I had 0 issues with the other 2, but we decided to go with this one thanks to Brett showing the eagerness and the willingness to work with people who had no idea what they were doing :) . Bill was one of two contacts recommended to me by a real estate agent I was working with. After an initial email contact and appointment to deliver financial information and sign, crickets. Multiple attempts to contact Bill via phone and email always went without a response. When I finally DID get a response, he told me he had emailed me multiple times, and I should check my spam filter. After two requests for the emails to be resent and for him to validate he is sending them to the correct address, I still got no response. Now not only am I starting from scratch looking for a new mortgage underwriter, I am concerned what kind of information was sent to a random email that could potentially be used to steal my identity. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
