Jim is & always has been a pleasure to work with....He is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt in taking care of our motorcycle insurance needs. We've had all of our bikes insured through Jim for quite a few years & have never had a problem... he's been quick to respond with helpful suggestions for the best solution. Although we miss his smiling face at the dealership in Janesville, contacting him by phone always does the job!

MVP insurance company is a great company to deal with. They are more reasonably priced than anyone else that I’ve talk to concerning my motorcycle insurance and Jim Palmer is just an amazing agent who is always willing to go out of his way to help and it’s very fast and efficient at his job.
