I was put in touch with Rural Mutual after one of their clients Badger Basement Systems put me in touch with them when they flooded my basement. It took a week and me calling multiple times to a full voice mail inbox to finally get the agent to my home to review the damage. Once he came out we reviewed all the damage and he said he would get back with me. After calling 6 times and 2 weeks later I finally hear back from the agent that they have decided to deny my claim due to the fact that Badger said "they didn't do it". They provided no evidence to that front other than well they said they didn't, so they didn't.
