I've been a client of Katie's for about 12 years, have auto, home, & other policies with State Farm & have never had any problems. The staff have always been professional yet friendly, efficient, thorough, and have always helped me get what I need. I've had a few accidents & they've dealt with everything without my insurance going up. I appreciate their hard work! I have never worried with them on my side. I know I'm covered.

I recently met with Katie to adjust some existing retirement plans and to get some supplemental health insurance coverage information. I also met with Jason about comparing my current home and auto insurance policies with what they offered. Talk about one stop shopping! I walked out with new health, home and auto insurance and am paying far less than I was previously paying. I couldn’t ask for better service, knowledgeable advice, convenience and accommodating my needs and requests. Highly recommended!

I worked for State Farm in Florida for many years & have dealt with other S.F. office across the country. Believe me when I tell you that Katie Riley's State Farm is the best office I've ever dealt with!! These folks know their stuff!!! It is a pleasure to be one of their clients!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN. She is purely in it for the money and proudly states that she "has over 3000 clients and can't possibly be bothered to care about all of them". Literally. The last time I spoke to her that is what she told me. I had been a client of Katie's since almost 2014 and have every policy possible with her. The very first Christmas, with our brand new baby, our furnace died. I tried to file a claim but was denied and never heard any follow up from her office. She did not care that my family and brand new baby had NO HEAT two days before Christmas and never cared to follow up that they weren't going to cover any of the replacement. This year, on the hottest day of the year, our air conditioner died. Again, I began the claims process with her office and again I never heard from her or her staff directly to make sure that we were ok. No one from her office was able to help me unravel the absurdly complicated process or help with any language or even tell me a timeline for the process, despite repeated and pointed requests for this information. No one from her office was willing to reach out to my contractor and work with them. And no one from her office ever followed up with me to ensure that we were taken care of. I had to call HER when state farm again tried to deny most of this claim. When all was said and done with getting the AC fixed she called me again just to berate me that I was taking too much of her time and "it is what is". I flatly told her that nothing about her behavior was even suggestive of "being a good neighbor" and I could literally hear her eyes rolling and shoulders shrugging. She refused to even apologize for the collosal failure of her office staff. I trusted her with the financial security of my family. I should not have. I filed an official complaint with state farm corporate and they were so upset and disappointed to hear about her behavior. I have contacted many other insurance companies in the area and they are all dismayed to hear of her behavior and mention that they would have made sure we at least had a window AC unit to get us through. She couldn't even have done that. She is purely in this business for the money and doesn't care that her clients are being failed by her and her staff because she "has so many to fall back on". She will gladly manipulate you into giving over all your hard earned money and never once show any concern for your actual or financial well being. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN.
