I had the pleasure of working with Jed and couldn’t have had a better experience. He was friendly right off the bat and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. Not only was the customer service great, but I also ended up getting a quote much cheaper than what I previously had (came from Geico). Glad I made the switch.

Our state farm agent retired, and all of her business was transferred to Andy. My first interaction with Matt could not have gone smoother. He was prepared, listened to our needs and was able to support his suggestions for changes. I’m relieved to know we have a responsive agency to help if we ever need it.

I recently moved all my insurance policies from Allstate to State Farm. My new agent "Jed" provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions. State Farm was able to provide superior coverage at reasonable rates. Transitioning between insurance companies was made very easy thanks to Jed. I highly recommend this agency for all your insurance needs!

Had a call earlier today to talk about future and being prepared for the worst while still hoping for the best. Matt was very helpful in explaining the importance of having a back up life insurance, while also respecting my wishes to wait a few months for when I’m in a better financial position to do my preferred plan. Not only did we talk through insurance options, and how my auto insurance decreased because of the drive safe program, but he also cared about me as an individual and took interest in my life presently and plans for later down the road. I am very happy with StateFarm and glad I signed on with them for my personal insurance, following my parents lead, also having a good experience with StateFarm.
