Serpentine belt broke on my vehicle while I was 200 miles from home on 4th of July weekend. Luckily I found a new belt at a local parts store, but they did not have the tools to replace the belt. I called Shadow's Auto on whim and thankfully he was willing to help me out. He was busy on another call and actually let me barrow the tools out of his shop in order to replace the broken belt myself in order to get back on the road faster. Truly a kind hearted gentleman and someone I will definitely call if I'm ever stuck out in that neck of the woods again!
