Communication through the whole process was amazing! They took time to show me what I asked without making me feel rushed or a bother to them. Dave was the technician and he was fantastic! Mary and Amy were super friendly and warm. When I picked up my car it had been detailed! Definitely an unexpected surprise. Mary clearly explained the warranty on the work they did and made me feel like part of the family. I will definitely send everyone I know to BRB for bodywork and paint jobs. Thank you!!!
