I was rearended and my insurance recommended ABRA Auto and Body. They were able to get my car in the week I called for the inspection and order the part as soon as they were able to. As soon as the part came in they called me telling me they were ready and they had my car done in less time than they were predicting. Not only were they able to do an amazing job fixing my car they also cleaned out the interior, and as a person who drives three children around I can't say how grateful I am for them doing this. I am so grateful and can't say enough good things about ABRA Auto and Body.

They seem to have done a good job on my vehicle, but they weren't the greatest at communicating. I went in for an estimate (after making an appointment) and they gave me a quote. I went in a couple days later to make the appointment (for two weeks later). They said if I brought it in between 8-9am, it should be done by the end of the day. My appointment was for a Monday. When I brought it in Monday morning, they said that the computer generated that it would be complete by Friday. I was super confused and surprised, because I was told it would be done by the same day. They told me it definitely wouldn't be done by the end of the day, but probably would be done by the next day. Tuesday came and went and I only received generated texts saying how they were waiting for parts and then they'd work on it. That was confusing, too, because I made the appointment two weeks prior and assumed they would order the parts then. Wednesday afternoon I stopped in and they said that my vehicle was being worked on right then and it would be ready in a half hour. We showed up an hour later and they weren't quite done yet. When they finished, we noticed that they had missed some screws on my vehicle and that they were going to charge us almost $100 more than what they originally told us. We got them to give us the originally quoted price and they fixed the missing screw. Most of these issues weren't that bad, but none of them were really communicated upfront, which is what made it most frustrating. It was also inconvenient nit having a vehicle for almost three days, but I suppose that's better than being without a vehicle for five or more days... again, I appreciate the work they did and everything seems good, but the communication could have been better.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of work done. Have have other body work done to previous vehicles, by other companies and you guys are definitely the best.

3 day job took 4 weeks. Was told to bring in vehicle on a certain day and that the job would only take three days because it was an easy fix. They also said they would check to make sure the right parts were shipped because sometimes they get the wrong parts. So we brought the car in to get fixed and at the end of the third day I called and they said the wrong parts were shipped. You would think someone would check to make sure the parts are correct before they disassemble your car , Common sense you would think.. Then I was told it might be another week for parts, but then parts didn’t come in. 3 weeks still no parts finally parts came in and was finished by the end of the fourth week. Very disappointing to say the least.

Had a great experience with Abra. I was able to get in quickly for an estimate and they then scheduled my SUV for service about a week later. It took about 10 days for the repair and I was provided a loaner free of charge. I received daily texts updating me on the status of the repair. Finally when I picked up the vehicle, the detailing job they did was amazing! I don’t think my car will ever be that clean again! Thanks, Abra!!
