Excellent service all the time. I've been coming here for more than 2 years to fix various issues on my Subaru, and I always got fair prices and great service. Totally recommend it!
The owner Thomas delivers fast service . He is a Knowledgeable expert and reliable to be honest in diagnosing problems. He has an understanding of issues and explains future problems that will need to addressed. He will tell you in advance how much it will cost. He gives me advice I can trust . He explains what maintenance is needed , and if it is urgent, or if it can wait. I towed a car to his shop after hours. I left a message and the keys. He works it into his very busy schedule. He had the problem diagnosed, parts ordered, work done and ready to pick up that day. He has been my trusted mechanic for several year
Car started having issues on the highway and he dropped what he was doing to help me out for no charge and then diagnosed the issue and just overall couldn’t have been more ideal
If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Do not hesitate to call Pioneer if you have issues while out of town. If you are local, I would highly recommend them for regular maintenance on your vehicles as well. Absolutely excellent customer service. Seems like a very honest mechanic too. Went above and beyond to help us and FAST. They even stayed later than normal business hours to fix an issue that could have kept us here for days. Only took a couple hours, even after the towing company took way longer than expected. The price was more than reasonable. 10/10 service! Thank you!!
The owner was amazing. Our car broke down on a Friday in a snowstorm on our way to the Dells. We were able to rent a car through them, and he was able to fix our car on Saturday so we could drive home Sunday. Cannot recommend them enough for auto needs!
The best service in town. I haven't had problems with the things they fixed on my car. And I fixed a lot of them. :)
