Collision repair on Sue Horstman's vehicle. Estimate was higher than other parties insurance paid but Wynveen was able to matched it to the penny. Without having to hassle with additional confrontation with insurance company. Had vehicle back when anticipated. Excellent handling!

Wynveen Auto Body has terrible customer service. They are one of the slowest body repair shops in St Croix County. Their communication is horrible. You might be able to get your car repaired at Wynveen if the owner feels like it but it will take 6 months and they will need your car for weeks at a time during those months. Good luck!

Horrible. Communication horrible. Worst customer service experience ever. Had an appointment to bring my car in. My car sat for a month never heard any follow ups so I called to see what was going on (which should not be my job). They told me to come pick my car up, and that they needed to order parts and would let me know when the parts were there. 4 months later I call to see what is going on because I haven’t heard a word from them. Here to find out they haven’t even ordered the parts yet. Really? Don’t waste your time. This has set me back four months and has been nothing but a headache. The worst experience ever😡

I've been meaning to post this but just haven't had a chance to write a review. A few weeks I was involved in a side swipe. Wynveen's couldn't get me in right away so they got me in last week. From the first time I stepped into their establishment until they hand delivered my truck to me they were nothing short of professional. Alec and Jeff were absolutely awesome! I will refer anyone and everyone to them and also be back if I need anything. Thank You Alec and Jeff and everyone over at Wynveen's Auto Body!

I don't have enough good to say about Wynveen Auto body. I was rear ended and they got my car in and fixed on short to no notice. They returned it looking better on the inside and the outside than it did when it was brand new! In addition to the excellent job they did with the repairs, when my car was fixed, they delivered it to me at home. Thank you very much!
