The service provided was fast and efficient. My niece had her car serviced here, and they were honest in their estimate. They took the time to look over her vehicle and were able to address her issues in a timely manner.
Salem Auto has been my go-to auto shop for 10 years now. I can always count on them to do a great job. The staff is so friendly and talented. Their prices are SO reasonable, and they don’t overcharge. They have always taken care of whatever I’ve needed. Key word- NEEDED. They don’t tell you that you need something done when you actually don’t. Can’t get much better than that! It doesn’t matter how far I need to drive but I will always take my car here!

I brought my car in with zero brakes and when I say zero I mean peddle to the floor and a prayer no brakes they had my car fixed quickly while keeping me in the loop the entire process and most importantly they didnt talk to me like i was stupid just because im a woman! Affordable good mechanics are super hard to find I HIGHLY recommend salem auto to everyone!

Salem Auto Service is the best place for an emissions test . No appointment necessary and was in and out in 10 minutes. All of the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!!
