Its super frustrating calling a shop and feeling like you are burdening them with questions and my business. Its really not hard to give simple respect.

Very nice people
1. Megan was very rude. 2. Took a week to get an estimate 3. Estimate was insanely overpriced. Would not recommend this shop.

Nice people, but guessed wrong on diagnosing a timing problem on my 2017 Audi. Charged me $3,300 to replace my oil separator, then told me that they didn't have the tools to repair a timing issue, and that I needed to take my car to an Audi dealer for repair. Paid a large bill, left with my car's problem unrepaired. Disappointing.

Apr 23, 2024You are right Bob, it was a disappointing repair. You had two separate problems with your car, the oil separator issue had to be repaired before the timing issue could be diagnosed.
