Superior! Professional! Honest! Caliber Collision replaced my cracked windshield. The gals in the office took care of all the dirty work with my insurance and kept me posted on the progress. Tyler did an excellent job on my windshield replacement. I trust the team at Caliber Collision to do any future work on my car.

The Caliber Colision in La Crosse Wisconsin is horrible. They had my car for a month and I got it back sounding worse than when I took it there. I was in an accident and was hit in the front driver tire. Tried to talk with Mike of Caliber 3 times since getting it back. He says nothing wrong, just needs new brakes. Took it to get brakes and they found accident damage with the brakes and the tie rod is damaged. Also says struts are damaged and Caliber supposedly just replaced them. Corporate doesn't return my phone messages. Left 4 in 4 days. Better yet, I was contacted and yelled at because I did give perfect 10s on their review.

I've been to every body shop in the LaCrosse area, and I found my future regular repair shop...Caliber Collision in LaCrosse has a friendly, and very professional staff that guided me through my accident misfortune. Mike, Makayla, and Tracy stayed in constant contact with me and my insurance for a timely perfect repair on my car. I will be letting everyone I know how amazing my experience was with Caliber Collision of LaCrosse!!

I recently stopped in at Caliber because I had noticed my bumper was coming loose. I didn't have an appointment. I talked to Makayla, and she didn't even hesitate to go look at my vehicle. She took my keys and 10 minutes later I was on the road with bumper fixed. Very impressed with her and her team. Highly recommend Makayla and Caliber Collision!!

Ford 350 had body damage on the outside rear by wheel well. I had a couple estimates completed and Caliber Collision in La Crosse was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than other companies. Manager was very accommodating, friendly, and easy to talk to. Manager seems to have built a great team of staff that work on the cars. Customer service by the manager was very down-to-earth and friendly - not something that is very common anymore these days. Very pleased with the work reshaping the aluminum frame and the painting job.

Normally I do not leave reviews, but after the wonderful service that I received, I just had to. The customer service was fantastic; very helpful and friendly--I never felt like I was "just a customer". The repair work done to my vehicle was beyond what I expected--it looks brand new--(I have never had to use an auto body before), and the staff was great--answered all my questions, kept me up date with how the work was going via text and did an awesome job detailing my vehicle before I picked it up.
