Hitting a deer is never a good experience, however, Weber's made the entire process of getting our car fixed as easily and pain free as possible. Some parts were on backorder and one body panel came in warped during shipping, but they wouldn't allow that part to be used. Their standards of quality and perfection is amazing! It took a little longer to get everything fixed than we had hoped, due to some parts being on backorder (not their fault) and with them wanting to make sure everything was perfect when it was completed, but the whole experience has been great. They are very communicative and accommodating with helping us getting our vehicle back to the way it was before the accident. I'll tell anyone and everyone who needs bodywork done to come here!

Worst service I have ever received from any shop. I'm a returning customer and he treated me so badly and didn't fix both cars properly. He did below standard work and when I bring it up, he doesn't acknowledge the issue. He wanted his money back right away after doing such a bad job and he kept my car as ransom for a whole weekend over a little confusion on the deductible even though I had to take my family out of town. He called the cops on a returning customer that came back to his shop. The car door that he "fixed" stopped working after 1 month. I called and they said they had time to fix my car but when I reached there they said to bring the car next week. Would not recommend this business to anyone for their very poor customer service.

Mr. Randhir V. We always hate to lose a return customer, however due to your behavior and the way you handled your repair with us we are not able to support your business with us anymore. At no point did we hold your vehicle hostage, nor did we refuse to acknowledge your concerns, we do however refuse to allow anyone to yell and demean our staff or release vehicles without receiving payment for services rendered. As for calling the police, that was done only after you refused to communicate with us, resorted to yelling at and belittling our secretary and staff trying to assist you, and refusing to leave the premises. We were willing to work with you on the owed amount for repairs and were trying to explain what was needed to get your car back to you, but you refused to listen and instead chose to escalate the situation until law enforcement presence was necessary. We do not tolerate nor condone anyone making our staff or any person at our business scared about their safety. Due to these reasons, not only are we not willing to accept your business anymore you have been listed as a person not welcome on our premises. As to not listening to your concerns about your door not functioning: your car was returned to you on April 3rd , 2023. You contacted us concerning your door not functioning correctly on July 24th, 2023, at 3:09pm. Despite the history of your conduct, we told you to come in so we can assess the malfunction anytime during normal estimate hours, which are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm. On July 25th, 2023, at 12:15pm you arrived at our shop, and we had our owner look at the malfunction and scheduled a time to have you bring in the vehicle to be fixed. At no point was it guaranteed to be fixed that day as we had no idea what could be wrong with the vehicle. This is standard practice for not only us but many other shops in the area as well. Due to your responses to these solutions and the way you treat our staff we made the decision to discontinue our association with you.
