So I brought it in with two problems this distributor cap wasn’t sitting right and there was a vacuum hose leak. He said he checked the timing and everything was good and the problem wasn’t from a vacuum leak. Starts going through the truck tells me my cat is plugged and he’s going to replace it and put an exhaust pipe on. Well it was a vacuum leak that was causing the problem and he never actually looked at the distributor cap just the timing on the piston. So when I left the shop it could hardly drive down the road till I adjusted the cap till the engine stopped back firing. I really don’t know how he left the truck leave when it was running like that telling me it was good. Then to bring up the cat and exhaust pipe he just took it off he never put a new one on so now my truck sounds louder then ever and he told me it was bcuz it was a smaller cat on the truck.

Seriously amazing. I was taking my kids to school and noticed a noise from my car. Realized it was a screw in my tire. I called several places only for everyone to tell me they were booked, or booking out to next week. I called them and they immediately said to bring it on in. I'm so thankful for them. They put a plug in it and told me the tires are going to need to be replaced soon. No sugar coating anything, adding more on... They just got a new customer. Thank you so much. You guys are truly amazing.

I called to set up an inspection on a vehicle before I bought it. They got me in right away, with very little notice. He looked over the entire car for me and told me that the tires were dry rotting. I had missed that, so he showed me. I took it back to the dealership and showed them. They gaslit me, saying they weren't dry rotted, so I didn't buy the car. I was already trying to get rid of a used car that caused me a lot of problems - the last thing I needed was another. Thank you so much for your help! I have since bought a different vehicle and will be bringing it here for service.

Called everywhere for balancing some tires in west bend on the 3rd of July, either no one answered or they were closed because of the 4th. But these guys answered, and said bring them in right off the bat! Did a great job, fast and it was an awesome price.
