Update: Went into Macis today to enact a warranty on our tires. After realizing the former staff did not properly enter our purchase in the system, Josh came to our rescue and helped us out and made it right. We are so appreciative of Josh for his willingness to correct a mistake he did not make. Thank you, Josh! John and Jacob were extremely helpful in getting us new tires for our new to us car. Jacob walked us through our options and made sure to explain everything clearly. We are so happy with our first experience here and have found our new tire place! Thanks guys!
