I called to make an appointment for an alignment. Was called the day of repair and told that they had to cancel. I rescheduled and when I showed up for auto repairs, they had changed the appointment time and never let me know. Not the usual Fleet Farm experience that I was hoping to have. I have found another business to take care of my auto needs. Then they respond that they want you to call customer service. I had 2 appointments- both were essentially canceled. I needed the repairs done to my car then, not days later after customer service reaches out to talk about how they cost me money, time and aggravation with car troubles. My mistake was calling Fleet Farm in West Bend. **UPDATE** After calling corporate, I received a call from the auto service manager who said that he had to get me back in there to do the alignment. He asked what he could do to get me back in there? I said, "nothing." He asked, "even if we did it for free?" My answer then was certainly not- my advice- if you go to a mechanic and the place is a dark, dirty and scummy place run by a smiling, happy guy, you are going to get scammed. If your mechanic cancels your appointments and changes them without telling you, preventing you from having your car serviced, you DO NOT want to take your car there. They are pushing you out of an appointment to take a job worth more money than yours. They don't care about you or your car- they care about themselves only and that is why I recommend NEVER taking your car to ANY mechanic in West Bend.

Fleet farm in West Bend the auto was the best I have been to of all the FF auto's

Every pair of thurogood boots they have are made in China,, the company is in Merrill Wisconsin,,, makes me want to never shop there again,,, used to be they would stock as much made in the USA product as they could get!!! Who ever bought fleet farm is turning it into Walmart and they should be ashamed!!! Enjoy your bonus checks, you make me sick!!!
Got new tires put on my girl friends RAV4. The tires are great but they put a different stem on one of the tires and the car sensor went on. At first they denied it but it was only a couple hours we drove around and asked the dealer. He saw the stem right away. They did fix it and we dodged a bullet.
