Had a terrific experience with Olson Tire. I needed winter tires for my EV6. They provided a variety of options and price points, said I should check into them and then place my order. No high pressure, "Buy now or else" sales pressure. Quite the opposite.. I made me decision, went back in, ordered the tires, and set an appointment for installation. I dropped the car off, but received a call a couple of hours later that the tires had not arrived yet, so they could not the install. I was disappointed to have to pick up my car, but they said they would take care of it. Two days later, they called and had the tires. They did a great job installing the tires, are storing my "summer" tires, and made sure I was satisfied. Great products, great service, and a great experience overall. Definitely will continuing using Olsen for my car needs. Update: Just did the change back to my "regular" tires. olsen did a great job remounting tires and they are storing the winter tires. Great service.
