Brought my car in to get snow tires mounted, and an oil change. I had two kids and a dog with me, and they got us in and out right away! Ken was extremely friendly and helpful, and even turned on some cartoons for my kids to watch. We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you!!!

I had a broken dipstick that needed professional help to get out. Midas got me an appointment immediately with helpful and kind service. They were speedy quick, no time wasted. I certainly recommend Midas for auto care!

Worst place to take your car to. The guy at the front desk is a joke he treats you like you were an animal, lies to you about when the car will be ready and also hung up on you if you don’t agree. Spent $1200 for a brake job that only one week after the job done I had to return because their mechanics messed up the brakes. Also never got the rebates I should have gotten for my brake job. Long story short, never go to this place.

3 times I have visited in as many weeks. I trust Ken and his employees. 1st visit was for a rattle under the car. I had brought my car to the dealer previously and they told me i needed a $1400 exhaust pipe. Ken showed me what it was and fixed the issue in under a minute. No new exhaust needed, yet. "No charge!" Huh???? So no charge ok fine but my vehicle was on the lift already so I asked for my rear brakes to be replaced. The dealer told me I needed new calipers. Not true. Just new pads and a little grease. So, 2 lies from the dealer. Next visit will be an oil change and fluid check because, we'll. I can't trust the dealer anymore. Nice job Ken. This is how auto repair businesses should be run.

This shop will lie and steal your money. Took my car here a couple years ago to get my brake pads and rotors replaced. Then I had an argument with Ken the manager and decided to never come here again. Then several months ago my car started vibrating very badly every time I braked. I took my car to Firestone, turns out Midas NEVER REPLACED MY BRAKE PADS OR ROTORS but charged me for them, they were completely worn out and the rotors warped. I drove less than 5,000 miles in the past two years because of COVID so there's no way a new set would need replacing so soon. No surprise considering Ken is a conman, I wish I had kept the receipt so I could report them to the BBB.

Midas replaced a muffler for me last year and I went in due to an occasional rattle. They addressed the problem and stated there wouldnt be a charge...I then asked if I could get an oil change then if they had time and they managed to fit me in. At checkout I tried using a coupon for a $19.99 oil change and rotation and it WASNT accepted. Was told not sure where the coupon was for but not there. The coupon is frequently sent to my email and was directly for this garage and says so right on the coupon. Upon making payment, I was charged for the exhaust rattle and also paid full price for the oil change...Glad they fit me in and fixed my issues but disappointed that the coupon for that specific garage was not honored!
