Went for estimate to have work done. They received my check through Simoniz Glass, cashed it and work was never performed!!! Decided to get work done somewhere else and requested check returned and can't get it from them. Manager, Chris, out-right lied to me and said Simoniz Glass direct deposits into there account and I saw copy of the check! Confronted him on it and he changed subject. Olivia, person in charge of checks, passes the buck and won't have the decency to call the customer back. This is theft and needs to be addressed! According to reviews, after the fact, they seem to have a pattern in this behavior. LOOK ELSEWHERE people...
Did a very good job with repairing my car after I was sideswiped. They communicated with me often to let me know how the repairs were coming along and when various parts were expected. I would highly recommend Gerber for accident repair. Thank you Steve at Gerber - Wausau.
