So I brought my brand new truck there for an oil change a couple years ago and they didn't replace the oil pan cover correctly so it got damaged by snow... they "repaired" it with zip ties when I mentioned it. ok whatever. the next time I visited the same thing, a couple days later it's dragging on the road. For some reason, convenience and time I guess, I go for another oil change yesterday, and this is the condition of my oil pan cover today. No mention of any issues by them of course. Anyway, that was my final visit.

This place is hit or miss I've noticed in the last year. On 3/21/2024 my son had oil change for upcoming trip. Thank goodness it was canceled. He put on approximately 260 miles when coolant light came on. We checked fluids on 4/14/2024. Almost out of antifreeze and windshield wash. The slip says the fluids were checked. The trip would of been about 600 miles round trip. Young adults would of been possibly stranded. This is not okay. I understand this place doesn't like to fill fluids but don't put on your slip you checked it. You didn't and could of caused a huge amount of problems. Oil changes should check fluid levels, tires and look at brakes. Bare minimum. Seem super rushed and skip necessities. Do better please. Customers should feel safe after your service.

Our daughter at NTC was having oil pressure issues. She dropped it off on the weekend, was able to get a next day assessment by booking online. They were thorough but honest without charging an arm and a leg. They also gave her useable tips to watch for as her car is aging but didn’t prompt her to get extra services done. Thank you for being professional and kind!

My first experience was awesome. They explained everything to a t. They know what there doing. They give you a estimate on what else they find wrong. And somethings they told me I knew already. Yes I will go take my car back to them. I will also tell my family and friends to go there.
