Refused to service me a top off, I’m very disappointed

Lo and Marissa were great. Very professional, NOT pushy with the upsell, but helped me remember that I needed new wipers.

Had to take a long trip. The guys had me in and out in like 10 or 15 minutes. Quickest oil change I’ve ever had. Maybe because it was near closing or just the norm I really didn’t care. they got me in and out and that’s all that matters. The crew were very professional and my car ran very smoothly afterwards.

These guys were fantastic manager, senior,and new hire I was very impressed with the Competency with the drain and fill machine. The senior service individual was outstanding. He made sure every drop of oil came out of my Audi and that was so important. I liked these guys a lot. Give him a Pat on the back.!
