Great service and excellent staff
Love the shuttle service
Service center is not good. The oil change along with the multi point inspection is useless because they will lie to you about all being good and later try and charge more. The techs are unsure of what they are doing, the parts guy is clueless and the desk that schedules appointments does not even take down your phone # or email. You have to call and remind them of the appointment at their location the day of. They will give appointments that are past the shop time so you will have no option but to reschedule the next day (don’t expect a call for this as they are too busy running around working in chaos to care about your 5 pm appointment). Don’t waste your time here just go to a Firestone as they won’t try and upsell you I used to work at Ford most of their margins come from the dealer service centers. You will see the sleazy tactics they employ to run up the charge. I was quoted $1800 for a job that cost $800 at Firestone. Oh and did I tell you the day before I was quoted the $1800 I was told all is good during the multi point inspection If you need to get your tires changed go to Costco they are upfront about their charges and do not try and upsell you. You will be charged excessive prices even if there is no change to the car. They do not have qualified techs and end up creating more issues than you brought the car in with

Brought my daughters car in due to a recall from FORD. We looked it up by the vin number and spoke to a technician prior to making an appointment. They told us after looking at it that it was a different part of the transmission and that it wasn’t covered by the warranty. (Ok we understand). They wanted to charge her $180 which I had to pay. The manager wrote it on the sheet after she signed it!! If it’s a warranty issue and we don’t know until we check it should be covered! Your managers shouldn’t lie! Poor customer service and management.

The gentleman you spoke with when you came in was not the service manager, he is a service advisor on our team. That advisor stated that if the concern you were having was NOT covered under Ford warranty, that you would be responsible for covering the cost of the diagnostic ($180). Your daughter then signed acknowledging and approved the $180 diagnostic fee with you present. The service manager was never involved with the transaction and never wrote anything on the repair order. You also went on to inform us that if you complain enough at another dealer, you get your service done for free. Unfortunately, your concern was not covered by Ford and we are sorry for that. We did provide you a service in a timely manner and we were clear as to the charges involved in that service. I have taken every car I’ve owned to this service department and I’ve been nothing but impressed with the work and communication from all employees. The managers Ben and Robert were extremely helpful in making everything run smoothly. The whole staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this business enough!!

Had an appointment scheduled a week in advance at 9am. We dropped it off, and at closing we called and they hadn't even started working on it, and they had no idea when it would be done.
