I urgently needed to get my brakes replaced and by luck they were able to get me in same day. After install I noticed the new brakes were still squeaking 6 weeks later. So I took the vehicle back and they replaced the front pads no charge. They offered me wonderful customer service and very affordable rates. We will definitely be back.
I have never felt a mechanic shop deserved a good review until now. This is an expression of my gratitude to BMS; they earned it! John is an honest, reliable (witty and humorous too) guy who is fair with prices. More importantly, the job is done correctly the FIRST time! I was surprised and very delighted he found a way to squeeze me in for a nessecary repair after I came flying in one afternoon, freaked out and worried. They had me back on the road by morning!! Thank you guys so much!
