I purchased a custom fit MBRP exhaust for my truck from the manufacturer called this shop and asked if they would be willing to install and was told they don't install customer supplied parts because they usually don't "fit right" I explained this was a high end they don't offer this brand anyway and was told no,I guess local businesses don't want money. This is disappointing as i was referred by numerous people to use this shop.

I've been trying to get some simple exhaust work done (extremely simple work) and keep getting referred to this place, so I gave them a call. "We don't install customer purchased parts". We'll advertise that we do custom exhaust work though 😉
