Great friendly hometown service.

Never had a bad experience here, my family has utilized Ron’s for my whole life. I recently needed a tow, and they answered immediately and were quick to pick up and take the car to the close by shop. They allowed the tow to just be added to the shop bill, which we appreciated since it was an unattended tow. Thank you for the trustworthy and quick, quality service!

Worst company ever

Wonderful group of gentlemen. After sliding down a slope and off the road into a tree, in snowy conditions. I called AAA and waited… Waited… and Waited. I gave up after two hours, as I am a member. And called Ron’s towing 15 minutes later, they were there, taking my vehicle out of the ditch and brought it all the way to West Allis to a collision center. Thank you again!

He is rude and incompetent. He does bad work. Don't take vehicle to this swindler.

Great customer service

Worst experience ever. The owner is beyond rude. My dad was in a motorcycle accident and his bike was towed to Ron's. My Dad was in icu with a skull fracture but the first thing he said was he wanted his bike out of the tow yard and back home no matter what the condition was. So we went to the tow yard the next day and they refused to release it. I called the insurance company for them to set up a tow but unfortunately the insurance company didn't have a tow service available to tow a motorcycle so they were unable to get it. My dad's friend had a trailer so I called Rons to let them know they were coming to get it. He asked what time because they close at 4 even though their hours said 8. He purposely declined on multiple occasions to allow us to get the bike so he could charge storage fees. He also just dumped the bike in the yard like it was trash. Anytime I spoke on the phone with him he was ignorant and would hang up before I was even finished speaking. His only concern was money. I will be filling a complaint with the insurance company. Do not give your money to this man. His rudeness during a hard time for my family was completely uncalled for.

Called in a panic as my son was stuck in a ditch in the middle of a snow emergency. Answered quickly and got to the car within 20 minutes. Cannot thank you enough!
