After hitting a small deer my insurance recommended that I visit CARSTAR. I had damage to the front of my car with a crack in the plastic and some internal damage with my air conditioning. The office staff at CARSTAR is very polite and professional. They got my car in quickly and fixed EVERYTHING within 4 days. They even detailed the inside of my car after the work was done. I would recommend using them for any autobody work.

I am beyond pleased with the work I had done here at Carstar in Greenfield! The work was high quality and thorough, and the customer service was amazing. Working with my insurance was a seamless process. I was told from the beginning what to expect and what the process would entail through each step of the work. I received texts providing regular updates on the progress of the work. As if I wasn't impressed enough, when I picked up my car I found that they also cleaned the inside thoroughly (which embarrassingly was no small task)! My car looks as good as it did when I first drove it off the lot. I hope not to need their services again, but if I do I will definitely return. I will absolutely be recommending Carstar in Greenfield to anyone looking for a good auto body shop.

Mariusz is really great and walked me through the process of getting my car repaired for the first time. As a young adult who had no prior experience taking my car into a shop, Mariusz was so friendly and helpful. My car was cleaned inside and out after my repair and they even fixed my tire light that was on with no charge.
