Helpful, easy ppl to get along with.
Jerry is freakin' awesome. So, my wife and I live in Tomah, and had a car that was parked at our old place out in Warrens. Now, for those that aren't aware, Warrens is the town that hosts Cranfest every year. Little town of population 450 has over 100k people with vendors all up and down the streets. I call Jerry Thursday morning while people are setting up for Cranfestaround 10:30, so it's doggone busy, and this man rolls up about 20mins later, loads up my car and gets it hauled outta town in half that amount of time. Whole process took just over an hour including commute and loading/unloading the car. This man knows how to run a towing business, I will be sending anyone who asks for recommendations here.
Fast and efficient
Terrible experience yesterday with this company. Was barely in the ditch 3 miles if that from their place at3 am on my way to work. Charged me 300 dollars plus broke my dang car. Hooked up the tow chain to the trailing arm on the axle. Pulled me out talked my ear off about rtvs and seen my car was messed up when I went to park for payment but still left me sit. Will be taking action
Tow and ride to hotel. Jerry was very nice explaining the process helped me out in a pickle. Picked me up at hotel and got me to my car and towed it to shop.
