Incredibly poor service. Service for backfire for cart bought from Browns. 308$charge without change. Owner said these carts backfire but he could change carburetor for another 300$. Nothing was said in invoice or when cart returned . When asked what 308$ was for no answer
Amazing customer service. Seamless purchase. Bought a Bintelli 6 seater from Jared. He sent me photos of the unit via text and took care of all the paperwork so I could be in and out. Paperwork done and loaded on my trailer in under 20 minutes. If I moved cross country I’d still buy from Brown’s.
