Our Son purchased a truck from your lot in Dec. he didn’t even drive for 2 months or put 2000 miles on this truck, he does have the extended warranty but still having no luck with the service department. They have had his truck for 3 weeks, no communication or resolution. The worst part is we recommended them!! And it has been a horrible experience for him . Would not recommend!!
If you need a good old fashioned prostate exam; take your vehicle to this shop for repair.
We were visiting family in Westby when our car got a flat tire out in the country. Thankfully, Mike at Sleepy Hollow was there within 20 minutes of our call and helped us troubleshoot the problem, get us back to the shop ASAP. Jody in the office helped us get things taken care of with our roadside assistance so that we didn’t have to pay for the towing. Really excellent people; if I’m ever in need of service in the area I’ll definitely be coming back here.
